Conclusions
As you can see they don't have many races over 7 furlongs at York, so their is little data to go on. However it does appear that it is very hard to win from a low draw, and that their is quite a strong bias favouring high drawn runners. Although when the ground is soft the bias is reversed with low drawn runners being favoured.
