Hamilton One Mile

This chart shows horse racing results for horses aged 3 years or older only.
The results are plotted winning stall number against the number of runners.
The resultant chart shows the Draw Advantage Pattern produced by the winning stall numbers.

Results on good or better going are shown in black.
Results on good to soft or softer going are shown in red.

*Please note as from 30th March 2011 Stall numbering on right handed courses was switched, so that the inside stall is always stall number 1. However the results have been plotted in the chart below as if the stall numbering has always been his way at Hamilton. So for instance if there was a winner from stall 12 of 12 prior to 2011, this would be plotted below as stall 1 of 12.

Conclusions

It appears that their is a distinct advantage to low numbers. This would make sense as the mile at Hamilton is a right handed dog leg and the horses drawn low would be on the inside of this.
