CHEPSTOW RACECOURSE
Chepstow Racecourse is set in the picturesque Wye Valley in Wales. They host both Flat and National Hunt Racing. The course itself could probably be best described as basic.
Key Characteristics
Chepstow is a specialists track. Its undulations have to be seen in the flesh to be believed and they tend to unbalance the big long striding horse. These undulations appear to favour front running horses at the course, who with a clever jockey on board can change the tempo throughout the race.Course map
